"Adam!" he yelled angrily. "What exactly are you doing here? Why are you cleaning the floors? Did you just lie about that basketball thing?"
"Dad?" stammered Adam. "I—I was just trying to help!"
"You better come with me right now!"
Steve dragged Adam out of the grocery store to his car and began yelling at him.
