Artists Creating Together and Mosaic Film Experience collaborate to help teach students with disabilities how to make their own movies with mobile devices. The idea is to provide the students with opportunities to tell their own unique stories and collaborate in a way they wouldn’t normally have an opportunity to.

“The global cinema box office continues its slow but steady rise out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the year nearly done, box office analysis firm Gower Street is forecasting worldwide theatrical revenues will hit $25.8 billion in 2022 (by Gower Street’s calculations, the total take as of Dec. 10 was $23.6 billion), a 21 percent jump over last year, thanks to the success of Top Gun: Maverick and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, among other titles, in drawing fans back to cinemas….”

Short Buster Films, Corp. would like to give a special shoutout to Hollywood film producer Dan Lin - known for movies such as Disney's live action "Aladdin" and "The Two Popes". Lin is launching a nonprofit with more than $1 million from the Ford and MacArthur foundations, as well as several other philanthropies. His goal is to help more people of color create and produce film, television, digital, and audio projects.
