Fun fact: My husband and I got together while playing in a '70s disco cover band that he started here in Athens in the early 2000s. Last night, we took the kids and headed to the State Botanical Garden of Georgia at UGA for Winter Wonderlights Disco Nights to see their amazing lights display...set to the soundtrack of our early years together. If you haven't seen those lights this year, there is still time to check it out--now through Sunday, January 7th. Plenty of tickets remain. GO!
