On July 8, 2024, Hurricane Beryl slammed into Southeast Texas as a Category 1 with sustained winds of up to 80 MPH, knocking out power to more than 2.5 million Center Point Energy "customers" in the greater Houston area which equates to several million people. A literal army of linemen and support crews have been deployed and remain deployed from all around the country to help restore power as well as tree removal companies.

Yes there are alligators in Atascocita Park. In the video #atascocitabydrone , Atascocita Park is one of 4 parks that are featured. The narration states that the park "is said to have an alligator as a resident" but while filiming I was unable to spot one, so I used special effects to depict an alligator.
