WALK FM broadcasts a Contemporary Christian format over a huge listening area literally covering the entire Tri-State... With signals reaching from as far north as Parkersburg, WV and Athens, OH to the south as far as Louisa, KY... Then looking west we broadcast to Grayson, KY and up to Waverly, OH...
So as you can see we are literally covering the tri-state with our signal... Though we might have a large number of frequencies, all are broadcasting the same signal...And that signal is WALK FM.
We're talking a lot about prayer today at the station. We're asking for prayer over our fundraiser, volunteers and staff, and every listener and donor who has been or ever will be impacted by our ministry.
So we want to come alongside you and be prayer warriors. What are you praying for? What is a prayer request of yours? Even if you can't put it to words, we will still pray with you.
God invites all our words in all our mess, all the time. 🙏
We have the privilege of changing the world by creating and delivering experiences that inspire people to live passionately for Jesus Christ. 🙏

This is what it means to abide. Stay connected as an apple stays connected to the tree, receiving continual nourishment. 🍎
Why is this verse necessary? Because we are so prone to wander and disconnect from our source of life.
God has given you a perspective and voice that nobody else has. If you feel like you are different, it’s because you are. And the world needs that. Don’t neglect being involved in community. Your perspective is so valuable to the people God sends your way. 🩵

If you feel like you aren’t living up, you aren’t. But grace gives Jesus’ righteousness to us. We no longer have to measure up. We get to rest in Him.

Today, as we reflect on the events of September
11th, let’s take a moment to pray together:
Dear God, on this Patriot Day, we remember the bravery and unity that emerged from a day of sorrow. We pray for continued strength and comfort for those who lost so much and for everyone who stood strong in the face of adversity.
Help us honor their memory by living with courage, compassion, and a heart full of hope. May we come together as a community, just as we did in those challenging times, and support one another with love and faith.
Thank You for Your endless grace and for guiding us through.
Let’s cherish this day with gratitude and a spirit of unity.

In Scripture, we’re called a living sacrifice. The problem with living sacrifices is that they tend to crawl off the altar. We have to keep putting ourselves back on. Have you renewed your reliance on God today?

Thank You for the fresh start a new week brings. I trust in Your love and support as I navigate through my work, my relationships, and my daily life.

Don’t try to just muscle your way through it, or deny the doubts. Confront them and let God help you navigate them. There’s not a single person who God has used mightily that hasn’t doubted at one point. There’s nothing wrong with doubting. The key is to let God show Himself to you through the doubts.

Suffering ➡️ Perseverance ➡️ Character ➡️ Hope
Where are you on this progression this week?
Paul was talking about real suffering. This is Rome he was writing to. Remember the persecution? The martyrdom? So surely we can still live out this verse in our day and age as well!
How should you treat the people you encounter? The same way you would wish to be treated. It’s not just enough to not harm your neighbor. We’re actually called to be proactive in the way we treat others. ❤
Anxiety may fight for your attention, but Jesus has already won the battle for your peace. Find rest in His victory.
Remember, Jesus doesn't just walk beside us in our anxiety; He carries us through it. Lean into His strength and let go of your worries.
