Tomorrow, I turn 32 and this past year has been a rollercoaster of self-reflection and personal growth. 31 was the year I finally learned to prioritize my mental health and set some much-needed boundaries. Therapy was a game-changer, helping me process old wounds and learn to love myself a little more each day.🌱
And it's self-love that has led me to prioritize my well-being. Taking care of myself is no longer a luxury, it's a necessity. Whether it's a long walk in nature, a bubble bath, or simply saying "no," I'm all about protecting my energy.❤️
Because of this commitment to my well-being, I'm feeling stronger, happier, and more empowered than ever. Cheers to new beginnings, personal growth, and reminding everyone that it's okay (and necessary!) to put yourself first. 🥂

I've been on a rollercoaster of a mental health journey, and I want to share something I've learned. It hasn't been easy, but I'm so incredibly proud of the growth I've made this year.
Sometimes, the hardest but most important step is recognizing the people in your life who no longer serve you. When a relationship – whether a friendship, a family bond, or any kind of connection– consistently brings pain, anxiety, and negativity, 𝑖𝑡'𝑠 𝑜𝑘𝑎𝑦 𝑡𝑜 𝑤𝑎𝑙𝑘 𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑦.
It's NOT self-sabotage or isolation; it's 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑓-𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛.
It's easy for others to judge, especially when those causing you pain try to turn the story around. But therapy has been my guiding light. It's taught me that I deserve respect, a voice in my own life, and the courage to distance myself from situations that hurt my well-being.
It's taught me that 𝐼 𝑎𝑚 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑡ℎ𝑦.
I won't accept being ignored, told I don't matter, or blamed for someone else's choices. I deserve so much better, and guess what?
𝑌𝑂𝑈 𝐷𝑂 𝑇𝑂𝑂.
