New gear day! We've made the switch to a Lynx Studio Technology, Inc. Aurora n 24 and couldn't be more thrilled. The conversion quality of this unit is simply incredible to say the least, and setup has been far easier than I expected! Excited to start recording and mixing with the Aurora at the center of it all.

Bringing the latest Fires in the Distance album to life has been an amazing experience! This music feels alive, and our raw tracks feel like you're sitting in the room with the band. Intimate, lush, thoughtful, and most of all HEAVY. These guys upped their game tenfold to make this record, and I so appreciate being a part of the process!

We just finished recording with Dave Kaminsky at Studio Wormwood. Having heard the album in its entirety for the first time was surreal. We think you’ll like what you hear.

Building the new studio took a colossal effort through most of 2021, and I'm pleased to report that the new space is wonderful to work in and enables us to be our creative best.
