Michael sits down with Richie to discuss the singer's career in and around some highly influential bands. They chat about inspiration in all its forms: from life experience to the pure fantasy of children's novels and poetry. Richie speaks openly about the struggles that surrounded the band's relationship with their second record label, and how things can change on a dime. But years later, the band still performs and is writing new material despite the passing of their founding bassist, Tony Bono. Michael gets to gush a bit on how Into Another's album, Ignaurus, was a touchstone for him and his bandmates while on tour in Europe, and the fellas both share a common thread of inspiration from listening to Mozart's 'Eine kleine Nachtmusik' as young children. A beautifully reflective podcast that covers a lot of ground; and who knew that Richie was also a high level doodler?
