As some of you may have seen, one person continues to attack this FB page. Let us be really clear, we have no affiliation with either ticket running for City Council. You should google the person who attacks this page and see how many pictures there are of her with Amy Quinn. Clearly she has a real biased agenda and is trying to discredit us to help her friend Amy Quinn. All opinions are welcome, but all posts by folks that are non truths will be banned from this page. When one attacker lives in a glass house.....well you know how it goes.

On Labor Day, a woman was stabbed multiple time at around 2:30 p.m. on the 500 block of Asbury Avenue, and is in critical condition in the hospital. What have we heard from our current City Council on this huge safety issue......NOTHING.

The lack of accountability in Asbury Park City Hall is costing taxpayers thousands of dollars. Who should be held accountable for the lack of accountability........the current City Council. They have had years to fix this and have done nothing.

Why has Asbury Park gone through so many City Managers? The only common denominator is the current City Council.

AP School increases taxes 29.88%, on top of the 40% last year. Get rid of all the School Board Members, cause clearly they have no idea what they are doing. And where is the current City Council on this. So tired of hearing John Moore and Amy Quinn saying they cannot do anything. They too need to be replaced. Taxes are destroying this City and they are part of the problem.

AP School Board spends approximately $20,000.00 a month for their executive offices on Fourth Avenue. With a 40% increase in school taxes last year, and a proposed 24% this year, don't you think it would be wise to use all the open space available in the High School and NOT spend $20,000.00 a month on office space that is not needed? APSB is destroying Asbury Park.

A judge has ordered Asbury Park to approve plans to demolish a 142-year-old historic church in the city and build luxury homes in its place.
