Oatmeal healthy for all ages. Snack on these crunchy easy melting biscuits anyday anytime.

Some people have been wanting to eat from wellmelicious' kitchen and distance had been a constra!n because of the shelf life of the foods and some where perishable.

So we are making biscuits from cereal and wheat. Help us reach and satisfy more people by letting someone know about this product.

The colors of fruits and vegetables is an indication of their nutritional content and health benefits:

Red fruits and vegetables, like tomatoes, strawberries, and red beans, are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and antioxidants. They also contain lycopene, a carotenoid that may reduce the r!sk of certain c@ncers.

Orange and yellow fruits and vegetables, like carrots, peaches, squash, and pineapple, are also high in vitamin C, vitamin A, and potassium. They also contain antioxidants.

Green fruits and vegetables, like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, avocados, and kiwi, are high in potassium and vitamin K, which helps with bl00d clotting. Dark green, leafy vegetables are especially high in fiber and antioxidants.

Blue and purple fruits and vegetables, like cranberries, purple grapes, raisins, and eggplant, are rich in anthocyanins and resveratrol. They may help with urinary tract health, memory, and healthy aging.

White and brown fruits and vegetables, like onions, cauliflower, garlic, leeks, contain flavonoids like quercetin and kaempferol, which are antioxidants. Onions also contain allicin, which has anti-tum0r properties.

Mother nature is very mindful of you. All these benef!ts are gotten mostly when they are eaten the way mother nature presents them to us. Eat them as is. Over processing rids them of the aforementioned wonders
