S. Kloos Communications is a graphic design and production company. We specialize in marketing to health care professionals and small businesses.

Using our skills in graphic design, journalism, research and database management, we help clients grow their businesses. Kloos Communications provides graphic design and production services to publishers, public relations firms, advertising agencies and associations. In 1988, Stephanie Kloos started a desktop publishing company in White Plains, N.Y., at a time when desktop publishing was in its in

fancy. She grew the business by helping small business owners with their marketing needs while maintaining a strong foothold in her health care publishing roots. In 1991, she moved her offices to Ardsley, N.Y., and incorporated her company under the name S. Kloos Communications Inc. Over the next two decades, she built a steady stream of clients in the areas of podiatry, optometry/ophthalmology, psychology/psychiatry and other health care areas while keeping up with the vast number of technological enhancements to design and production. SKC Supports Camp Quality New Jersey: Camp Quality New Jersey is a volunteer driven, volunteer run and community funded non-profit organization that provides free camping experiences and year-round support programs for children with cancer and their families. Its first annual Letting Kids with Cancer Be Kids Gala on April 24th was a huge success. Shown at right is Stephanie with Social Media Coordinator Maggie Biunno and Stephanie's husband, Michael Donoghue.

On April 2nd, Stephanie participated in a panel entitled "Start up Your Startup" sponsored by Manhattanville College Center for Career Development and moderated by Adi Israeli from the Small Business Development Center. Topics covered included building a business network, finding mentors, how to get and retain customers and financing a startup. Panelists included alumni and student entrepreneurs.

Stephanie was a panelist at Manhattanville College's Careers in Communications event on September 30th. She shared her experiences as a graphic designer and business owner and fielded questions from students and alumni. "Keep learning," she told attendees. "Talk to people everywhere you go.
