Hello! My husband and I are renting a nice spacious bedroom with plenty of light for a working woman. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Annandale, Va. $850.00 (Utilities included). The room is on the corner of the house and has windows on both sides of the room. Free use of washing machine and dryer and free access to the FiOS Internet. Plenty of parking. Our house is located inside the Capital Beltway, between Little River Turnpike and Braddock Road approximately one mile from Braddock East Exit on 495 Capital Beltway and 4 miles to Interstate 395. Two blocks from the Metro bus stop. Twelve miles to Washington D.C. Fifteen-minute drive to Tyson's Corner or George Mason University. Ten minutes to Northern Virginia Community College and 5 minutes to the University of Northern Virginia. Two blocks from St. Michael's Catholic Church and Perpetual Adoration Chapel.
