We wanted to take a moment to feature one of our favorite Nonprofit Organizations in Washtenaw County, . For over 50 years, Peace Neighborhood Center has piloted and maintained programs for children, families, and individuals to promote self-sufficiency and positive community involvement. Their services include: advocacy, emergency assistance, after-school programs, summer day camps, college and career preparation, individual and family counseling, and family enrichment.

Executive Director, Bonnie Billups, Jr uses a beautiful circle analogy to describe the transformative energy of Peace Neighborhood Center, stating ā€œI have always believed that if we seek to bring grace, love, and understanding toĀ those we encounter every dayĀ ā€”Ā we have the power to encourage others, by example, to do the same in their own circles. I believe that if we can continue to learn from each other by listening and sharing, we can still help change the world to be what we hope it to be. A more unified and caring world. But only if we first set the example in our own families, then our neighborhoods, our wider communities, cities and country.ā€

Merry Mingling is one of our favorite events to host at and love to see these amazing change makers in our community celebrated!

Another brilliant community event in our space last week! We loved this concept of The Faux Holiday Office Party!! Those who are remote workers, entrepreneurs, etc deserve a holiday party too! šŸ˜Š We loved seeing community members from across Ann Arbor come out to support a good cause.

Nothing makes us smile more than seeing how our guests transform our space with their private events! When designing Venue, we opted for an open layout that is flexible and versatile to create the perfect event. While we have a variety of sizes of private event rooms - from small to large - we also offer the option to buy out and transform the entire space for a night. And this is where the magic truly happens!

We loved seeing our space transformed into a casino this past Saturday for an annual holiday party for . This company truly values their employees and created an amazing, fun and unforgettable night for their community!
