When we started 8Ways Games, our oldest daughter was 3 months old and we had no idea what we were doing. All we knew was that we wanted our little girl to chase her dreams, so we had to set a good example by chasing our own!

Two years later, we still haven’t published a game by ourselves, but thankfully we don’t have to do this alone. Team work makes the dream work!

Keep an eye on our very special friends over at Evan and Josh’s (the creators of Abducktion). Our chief game designer, Tavey, has been working closely with them to develop some wild new game concepts.

In other news, we had another awesome baby a few weeks ago! She’s a great reminder of why we started this adventure in the first place.

Reflecting today on 2022 and setting goals for 2023! We've been struggling a lot with mental health, finding purpose, and organizing our time, but we have faith that this next year will be a good one for 8Ways Games and everyone in our orbit! We believe we can make the world a better place, but that begins with making ourselves better people.

2022 has been a wild ride, to say the least. My mental health has been a constant struggle thanks to post-partum depression, baby-induced sleep deprivation, an early miscarriage, and the tumult that comes with attempting a drastic career change. I often wonder if we made a massive mistake in trying

We played Tiny Robot Love Doctors with one of Tavey's oldest friends the other day. They used to make games together as teens!

It was a pleasure to celebrate Mrs. Claus' birthday with these new friends we met through TikTok!

new game Allow Me to Mansplain is available now on his website! It is a hilarious party game that teaches you how to listen.

Tiny Robot Love Doctors is a new project on Kickstarter that is almost half-way to its funding goal...and we love what we see!

8Ways Games, a mom and pop design team out of Ann Arbor, MI created this game, and we definitely recommend a look see. We can't wait to add this title to our on-site library!

So close to winning Tiny Robot Love Doctors at a BBQ with our friends last night! As it tends to, it came down to the last card and the last tiles in the bag!

Tiny Robot Love Doctors is a challenging cooperative puzzle game about beating the bad feels. We had only a touch of gloom left at the end of this round.
