Designer

The not as commonly shared side of the garage. Got some lighting under the wood storage to light up the shelving - some of which is holding the bike maintenance supplies.

Garage is in full service now after all the work is done. About time for a bike oil change and other winterization items. Truck needs an oil change soon as well. May take advantage of the nice weather this week.

Give credit where the credit is due. I may design but I am not THE designer.

Don’t chase the validation. But I struggle with that. We have at the end of the day one ☝️ true judgement.

Been resting lately, but can’t let that turn to be systematic.

Open garage door at night 👌

I love leaving the garage door while working on projects - minus the bugs and mess - just a cool feel to be outside while still in your workspace. Wether it’s pitch black outside or sunny as day, it’s the best.

The lights really stand out in this picture. Even at night it feels bright as day.

Don’t mind the mess… projects we’re in process

Anyone want to see a full breakdown video of this project. It’s about time to get this garage all cleaned up and moved on to the next TB Builds garage.

Starting to utilize the French cleats with tool holders

I love the drills hanging right above the workbech. Lends for easy access and keeps the workbench clear.

Overall just helping the workbench become more usable!

Thanks for the help this past weekend Brandon Wozniak getting the lights up in the garage!

You are quite the electrical mastermind. I am not the best electrician and the help in planning and executing on the electrical on these projects is great. I have learned so much from you - so thank you!

Labor Day 💪

Helped move some dirt this weekend for the backyard renovation project at my sisters. Certainly was hot 🥵 but made for a rewarding day. Got to relax in the evening to an amazing sunset.

trailer rental worked out - in hindsight, would have looked at using a dump trailer… but made it work

Let’s get after those projects!

The dreams and inspirations to get going on the projects are there… let’s just turn them into reality.

1. Start by just stepping into the garage or workshop - even if you have no clue what to work on.

2. Create a fun workspace - clean up the shop, put some tunes on, you know! Make it fun!

3. Break down projects into baby steps - what are the steps to help get you going. The whole scope can feel overwhelming. Look at it piece by piece.

4. Focus on progress - sometimes things are not quite perfect, but as you move forward, you’re nearing perfect bit by bit.

5. Take breaks - it’s easy to get moving and then burn out… but to make the most progress, consistency is needed, and for that breaks are required.

Also, if you made it this far, peep the typo ✏️ on the 2nd picture. “Trully” ❌ Truly ✅ “Garge” ❌Garage ✅ oops 😬 this is a new type post for me and probably went a little too quick, but, taking my own advice, I’m focusing on progress, not perfection
