We were walking a thin piece in that is loaded with birds, but it’s almost impossible to get them to hold. Piper pointed on the edge and before I could get up there, three birds flushed.. two hens, one rooster. The rooster started flying right at me and I just stood there thinking are you really gonna just fly right over top of me? Well, he did 🤣

Hard to beat Christmas Day roosters! Although I’m happy and thankful for being able to get out and harvest a couple birds.. we saw three 3 roosters today and killed the first two. Piper had one lockdown on a picture perfect point.. as you see there’s only two birds in the picture.. not happy with myself 😅🤣
