I really enjoyed bringing my students down to the St Helena Cameo Cinema to film a Jazz concert with a 4 camera live switcher setup.

Was super fun and the best part is leaving the production with an already edited show!

Excited to be working on a show with the st Helena Forum on the James Webb Space Telescope featuring Dr Stefanie Milam, an Astrochemist for NASA.

Just had a call with Vimeo to see what it would cost to provide a collaboration/feedback platform similar to what frame io and Wipster offer. The sales person said Vimeo would charge over $10,000 year! I explained how that price was unreasonable for what I was requested and offered feedback on how to tap into the education market, but the sales person was clearly uninterested in any feedback.

I’m just surprised they video already offers all of the technical features to implement this plan (and is! They just limit it to smaller teams) but has no interest in marketing to and targeting a huge potential segment of the market.

Business fail.

Hey Wipster, I made a little tutorial that might come in handy until you can expand your ability to ingest more audio only file types.

I teach a class where students work on short doc projects that start with audio only interviews and eventually they build visuals to go with them. I wish Wipster was more friendly for audio files.

Have you had problems with Wipster accepting your audio only files? Here's a trick to get it to work.
