Cabin Property Searching ALASKA!
Hello weekend! Did everyone survive Valentine's Day? ❤️ The weather has been great, so I've been exploring in old Yukie potential cabin properties. For every one listed, there are probably nine unlisted available. It's like finding a needle in a haystack 🤠
Last few weeks have been amazing around the Kenai River. What kind of mischief can we get into this weekend?🤪🤣🤠
A great drive along Alaska’s Turnagain Arm heading back to the cabin. Inlet was full of ice 🧊
Icy Hillsides along iced over Turnagain Arm
Enjoying the view driving alongside Turnagain Arm heading back to the cabin. Lots of ice on the hillsides for ice climbers to enjoy. Inlet was full of ice 🧊
Ice Flow Kenai River
Returning from a short trip, I found the ice flow has picked up. It's been cold, but I'd be surprised to see it freeze over this late into winter. The official fishing forecast, meanwhile, promises a spectacular sockeye salmon season, which is great!
Beach Campfire 🔥
I do love a good campfire on the beach. When was your last campfire? 🔥 ⛺️🤠
Old Chevy Truck Love 🚗
Alaskans love their old trucks. Would you fix this up? It could be a long-lost relative of ole Yukie.
It’s GO TIME ! ❄️🤣
It could be the coffee not lying 🤣 but it’s a beautiful day outside. Let’s get this party started. Cabin life on da river 🤠
Singing in the Rain
🎵I'm singin' in the rain, just singin' in the rain 🎶 🌧️ Amazing day out. 48 straight hrs of downpour on the Kenai River. Waters up maybe a foot or less. Previously exposed rocks are now covered. STAY DRY! 🤠
Brewing up trouble ☕️
🎶 Anticipation, anticipation…Is makin' me late…Is keepin' me waitin'…These are the good old days 🎵 ☕️ 🤠 #cabinlife
I've been enjoying the peaceful sounds of the Kenai River this winter, a pleasant surprise after last year's frozen conditions. While Alaska's low-snow winters are not typical, they're a reminder that Mother-Nature calling the shots. I'm anticipating a summer of camping adventures 🤠⛺️
