Freezing rain cannot be ruled out this afternoon and evening. Any precipitation that remains will likely be all snow after midnight tonight. According to a TPG/Harris Poll Survey, about half of Americans plan to travel this holiday season, and of those, 55 percent will fly. Some 56 percent have already started booking those trips. According to the travel app Hopper, airfare prices for Christmas trips currently average $360 per roundtrip ticket, that's up 11 percent from last year.
