🔴PINEAPPLE BREAD RECIPE🔴

Ingredients:
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Oil (Olive and Canola blend)
- Optional: Walnuts (1/2 to 1 cup)
- Shredded/Chopped Pineapple

Key Notes:
- Repurposed shredded pineapple from homemade juice.
- I used one large bowl.
- Grease bread/loaf pan with butter or oil.
- Preheat oven to 350°F during ingredient preparation.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
2. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
3. Transfer mixture to greased bread pan.
4. Bake 60-70 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
5. Serve hot or cooled; cooling ensures cleaner slices.
