Our 2015 Arabian mare.
We got Khaleesi at the beginning of 2020, excited to see how a Turbo Friesian would be from our stallion
She got West Nile early into her pregnancy and we were worried that she and her foal wouldn’t make it, but miraculously they did and she had an easy delivery and was a sweet mom, making Draco our sweetest foal to date.

We have an escape artist! This is the second time we’ve gone down to feed and Draco (our baby Turbo Friesian) is outside the fence! The gates are still locked and fortunately there is another level of fencing that keeps him safe. We can’t figure out how he escapes! Maybe slides under the 10 in opening at the bottom of the gate??? I love he’s cute little whinny. It’s like he’s asking, “Would you please help me get to my mom?”

We are heartbroken to share that Wanda (our Friesian mare) gave birth to a stillborn foal at the vets early this morning. Gratefully she is doing just fine so we will bring her home tomorrow, as well as look for an orphan foal that she could raise.
