RUSSIA–UKRAINE WAR
– Summary Of What Transpired Between Russia And Ukraine

– February 2022

CONTEXT: Ukraine, –wants to join NATO, but Russia is saying no, you cannot. Because if Ukraine joins NATO, –it means the forces of NATO countries will be at its borders.

OK! Let's break it down a little...

Imagine if Russia, –and a host of other communist countries like Belarus, China and the rest form a coalition like NATO. Then, –a country like Mexico or Canada says they want to join.

Do you think the Unites States will allow such?

NO! Because once they do, –it means Russia the America's big rival, will be close to their borders with their powerful missiles!

Ukraine, –is very close to Russia. Now, imagine if they join NATO, which a couple of countries that broke out of the Soviet Union have already joined?

It means, –America's missiles will be very close to Russia!

What Does Russia Want?

Russia, –wants NATO to stop it's expansion in East Europe. President Putin, –is demanding a guarantee from NATO that Ukraine will not be given its membership. President Putin, –also wants NATO to retreat to pre-1997 status and stop deployment of weapons in Russia's neighborhood.

What does Ukraine want?

Ukraine, –used to be part of the Russian empire in 1917, till it broke up following the Russian revolution and they declared independence.

Ukraine, –later joined the Soviet Union before they got independence again in 1991 after the disintegration of the Soviet Union.

Ukrainians, –living in the Eastern part, consider themselves closer to Russia. While those in the Western part are aligned to the European Union.

Russian supported Rebels, –are controlling a huge part of Eastern Ukraine. Places like Donetsk and Luhansk, which Russia has recently recognized as separate nations.

Ukrainian military, –is quite small compared to Russia. They need protection, –and where else can they get it, if not from NATO?

Meanwhile, –Russia does NOT want Ukraine to join NATO, for obvious reasons.

In view of that, President Putin, –smartly recognized Donetsk and Luhansk as an independent region, –and that gave Russia the privilege to send his troops about 100,000 into the said recognized countries, which technically is still part of Ukraine.

Ukraine, –doesn't want the Military presence of Russia, –and definitely that is going to lead to War in a full-scale. It is exactly what President Putin wants.

Actor, Okon Lagos Warns Jonathan, Don’t Be Tempted To Run For Presidency

Actor, Ime Bishop Umoh popularly called Okon Lagos has advised former president, Goodluck Jonathan not to be tempted by the calls for him to join the 2023 presidential election.

According to the actor on his Instagram page, Jonathan can do nothing to turn around the fortunes of Nigeria in one term.

He said, “Rumours have it that Goodluck is being wooed to run for president again. Abeg Your Excellency, as tempting as it may (be), DON’T. Too much damage is done and there is too little you can do to fix it in just one term.”

Happy 52nd Birthday to Romany Malco (born Nov 18, 1968).

He is an actor, voice actor, and music producer. He has been nominated for several awards, including an NAACP Image Award, MTV Movie Award, and Screen Actors Guild Award.

Malco portrayed Conrad Shepard on the Showtime series Weeds. He currently portrays Rome Howard on the ABC primetime one-hour drama A Million Little Things. He is also known for his many movie appearances such as, “Think like a man”, “40 year old Virgin”, “Night School”, among others

Malco was born in Brooklyn, New York. His family is from Trinidad and Tobago, and he has extended family in Venezuela.

Malco served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1991.

WHC REJECTS AND CONDEMNED THE STATEMENT BY US PRESIDENT -DONALD TRUMP

The unleashed reactions at a global level following the latest slur by the US President -Donald Trump, has called the attention of the World Humanity Commission [WHC].

WHC thinks Donald Trump is doing great for America; and he just might be the best US President ever. But as the Commission for Humanity we are not pleased with the statement by the President Trump against Africans. It is inappropriate to use the word "racist" on a Continent which most its of 54 Countries are currently maintaining diplomatic relations with the United States of America; and culturally speaking it is a big insult on Africans and the Continent.

WHC in a strongest term possible rejects and condemned the statement; and request that President Donald Trump to apologies for comments made against Africans. We also call on the African Union to do the needful for the good image of the Continent. While appealing to Africans to remain focus, calm, composed and civil in their views of Trump's remarks.
