I want to say a huge THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to all the artists and labels I've worked with this year! It started out busy and ended even busier than I ever anticipated! In the process of everything, I was also able to renew an endorsement with Halo Custom Guitars as a studio session musician. They built me a guitar back in 2009 and it has been used on so many recordings and performances. They're building me a sick new guitar that will be used in my session work for years to come!

As 2024 is coming to an end, I'm reflecting back on all the releases that I've been a part of this past year on various record labels, ranging from mixing/mastering artists across the US & overseas, recording local musicians, tons of session work for artists on guitar, bass, drums, keys, vocals. Some of the releases have charted in the Top 10 on the CMW Loud 100 Chart and were voted in the top albums of the year for their genre. I have truly been blessed and honored to work with some amazing artists! Thank you for hiring and trusting me to help your music reach a higher potential! (I've tried to tag as many of the individuals involved in these releases & upcoming in 2025 as well)

I'm still working through all my backlog of session work and mixing. I started recording more songs for Raining Locusts and I brought out the Halo Custom Guitars XSI "Alpha Omega" 8-string for this batch. An amazing guitar for extremely complex music! This one has been backlogged for a while so it feels good to get these accomplished! 🤘🤘

Yesterday Roxx Records released the latest song from Testimony of Apocalypse with the song "Innocence Lost," the first song in a trilogy within the upcoming album. This hard hitting song has everything from melodic vocals to harsh vocals, groove and thrash, to melodic death metal elements within!

ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm thrilled to announce that I have signed a new endorsement agreement with Halo Custom Guitars ! They built me this beautiful axe 15 years ago through a previous endorsement while I was a touring musician. These days, I'm a very active studio session musician. They're currently building me a new custom guitar that will turn out absolutely stunning. Big thanks to my friend Jeff Lee at Halo for working with me on the new build.

I'm playing my Halo XSI "Alpha Omega" 8-string at church this morning. Happy Sunday friends! God is good!

Studio tools used on these songs for the new Burial Extraction album. The Digitech Drop pedal is amazing for lowering the tuning of the guitar before going into anything else. My guitar is tuned standard but this allows me to lower it in half step increments all the way to a full octave! The DRECT from Synergy is a fantastic sounding Mesa Dual Rectifier sound. Throw a Tube Screamer in front of it and it's a serious beast!
