🥂Happy New Year!

2024 was a year of incredible change and growth. Stepping away from an 18-year career in education was daunting, but it taught me that embracing change can lead to amazing opportunities.

I’m truly grateful for the clients who have trusted me and supported me through this journey, navigating the learning curves together. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to help small businesses get started, elevate their brands, and recognize individuals’ outstanding achievements through social media marketing and promotional work.

Most importantly, I want to express my sincere thanks & love to my support system—Jeff, Jantz, Jayt, and Jacon—who are my “why.” Even though they may not fully understand what I do (and probably think I just play on my phone all day 😂), their support means everything to me.

Here’s to another fantastic year of growth, creativity, and collaboration. I’m excited to continue working with amazing clients and look forward to partnering with new ones in 2025. Let’s make it a great year!

Specific: Clearly define what you want to achieve. Make your goal precise and unambiguous.

Achievable: Ensure your goal is realistic and attainable within your resources and constraints.
Relevant: Align your goal with your business objectives and mission.
Time-bound: Set a specific deadline for achieving the goal. This adds a sense of urgency.

➡️ Break Down Long-Term Goals: If you have long-term objectives, break them down into smaller, manageable short-term goals. This makes the path to the larger goal clearer and allows for regular progress assessments.

➡️ Regular Review and Adjustments: Goal-setting isn't a one-time task. Regularly review your goals to track progress, make necessary adjustments, and celebrate achievements. If circumstances change, be prepared to adapt your goals accordingly.

When I embarked on a new career path, little did I know that it would open doors to incredible learning experiences and the chance to witness my friends/affiliates evolve into absolute business rockstars. Recently, one of these remarkable individuals invited me to attend a work convention with her. To say it was eye-opening would be an understatement – the behind-the-scenes daily grind she endures to produce her products left me in awe.

From decision-making to meeting the demands of her business, I gained a newfound respect for the dedication and resilience required for success. Despite the challenges she faces, she continues to dominate her industry alongside her incredible team.

This convention experience was a testament to the sheer determination and hard work behind every entrepreneur's journey. It shed light on the relentless pursuit of excellence and the commitment they have towards their craft. It made me appreciate the remarkable individuals who transform their dreams into reality.
