The process begins with an idea or a rough drawing that you can fax or email to us. From company logos to personal drawings; we do it all! You could even send us a picture of a piece of jewelry from a magazine. You will have to specify size, what kind of stones (if desired) and whether you want 10K, 14K, 18K gold, Platinum or Sterling silver. The possibilities are endless when creating a unique pi

ece of jewelry; whether is a ring, pendant, earrings, bracelet, or even a belt buckle. When we receive your artwork, we will analyze it to determine the best way to create the piece. There are many things to be considered, some of which include the ergonomics of the item, the weight, and so forth. Sometimes there are beautiful ideas that look great when rendered, but are impossible to create for a fair dollar amount. So, a few aspects of the piece have to be revised before production. We will be in contact with you throughout the entire process. In many cases we may prepare at least one rendering without a deposit, but sometimes we will require a small amount. The reason for this is that it takes hours of meticulous design work to create a rendering, and we evaluate each case individually. Depending on the degree of difficulty, we will determine the corresponding procedure. Keep in mind that this is an original piece and it will be a one of a kind design…….without the use of a mold, unless specified. Once all aspects of the piece are determined and the client is clear on details of the design and cost involved, we will begin to create your piece. At that point we will require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due at time of completion. There are no refunds for custom made items. There are many factors to consider when creating a custom design, but our primary goal is always to develop lasting relationships built on trust and quality service.
