In Allentown, PA, an elementary school principal Did caused harm to an 8-year-old female student, resulting in traumatic injury and a sprained hand. Shockingly, the district, including the district attorney's office and the school board, have seemingly ignored the incident, treating it as if it never occurred. Despite the availability of video footage documenting the incident, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests have been blatantly disregarded. It is possible that there is a lack of urgency or accountability due to racial biases or assumptions about your willingness to persist in seeking justice for your granddaughter. The hope that I may tire of the tolling process and give up on seeking resolution is a distressing reflection of the challenges faced by marginalized communities in seeking justice and accountability in such situations. It is crucial to continue advocating for our granddaughter's well-being and holding those responsible accountable for their actions, regardless of any obstacles or delays imposed.
