The overall magazine theme is BLOOM 🌸 and the Shadwell theme is RENAISSANCE ⚜️. Regular pieces do not need to relate to the theme but Shadwell and cover art should relate to Renaissance and Bloom!!

I know how much you all love pie! Well be ready, because your favorite club, Threshold, is once again providing some delectable pie on J-Day for the small price of $2 per slice! Pick from our unique, delicious flavors like boba or sweet potato pie. Last year, boba pie was a hit, so make sure to stop by early in J-day to ensure we don’t sell out before you get a piece!

Hey TJ! The cold is dissipating, the birds are singing, and the sun is shining--it's officially spread design season! TJ's literary and arts magazine, Threshold, needs spread designers to help design pages of the magazine. No prior design or art experience (or talent) is required! Designers will be given about a month to design either 1 or 2 magazine spreads (a spread is two pages side-by-side). If you're interested in being a spread designer, please fill out this form: tinyurl.com/spreaddesign by Friday, February 17, at 11:59PM. Happy design season!

put away those math notes 🟰➗➖➕ and get out your tarot cards 🔮🔮🔮🔮 this year! the overall magazine theme is FORTUNE 💰 and the Shadwell writing competition theme is FATE 🪬. while regular writing 📝 and art 🎨 pieces submitted do not need to follow these themes, art submitted to the cover 📔 art contest will need to be related to fortune 💸 while poetry 💌 and prose 📜 submitted to Shadwell 🏆 must be related to fate 🧿.
