I thought I was done with Rob when we divorced two years ago. He was always controlling, and I finally got full custody of Lily and moved out, thinking I was free. MY RELATIVES STARTED HARSHLY COMPLAINING ABOUT MY WIFE'S MEAL AT OUR MONTHLY FAMILY DINNERS – SO WE DECIDED TO TEST THEM SECRETLY.

Our family has held monthly dinners since my grandparents' time, a tradition we continued as adults. Now, we include partners and kids and take turns hosting.

My wife was excited to join, and after we married, she took over the cooking. That's when the complaints began. They were harsh, no matter the dish.

"Why is this chicken so dry?" my brother muttered.
"Maybe use less seasoning next time," my mom added.
"Shouldn't you cook what everyone likes?" my aunt chimed in.

No matter what my wife cooked, nothing was ever right. She tried adjusting the recipes, but the criticism continued.

"She's not even trying," my mom would say when she thought I couldn't hear.

No matter what she cooked — steak, potatoes, roasted vegetables — nothing was ever "right." Frustrated, I told them to be kinder, but they insisted, "If she cooked better, we wouldn't have to complain."

On my husband's birthday, I heard the doorbell ring and rushed to the door, only to be greeted with a cake delivery. I hadn't ordered anything, but my hands were so full with preparations for the party that I just signed up for the delivery and popped the cake in the fridge, thinking it might be a surprise present from someone.

I STARTED GETTING NASTY COMMENTS UNDER MY PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK FROM A "STRANGER" — I WENT PALE UPON FINDING OUT WHO IT REALLY WAS.

So, a while ago, I started getting some really cruel comments under my Facebook photos from this random person, "Bradley." At first, I thought it was just a troll with too much time on their hands.

Then the comments got personal — like really personal. Stuff like, "He's gotta be embarrassed being seen with you," under pics with my husband, Jack. It started messing with my confidence. Who was this person?
