Aigh, one busy/productive week here in the lab. Infaze Mastering . Nice to be hitting such a cool flow to wrap the year up.
The world is fcked right now, so.... any new mastering projects coming in now, till the end of the year, 100 percent of my proceeds will be donated to Doctors without borders, or the international rescue committee, or if you have a charity ya like, and got tracks that need to sound better, say hey. but pay it forward.
tl:dr, so grateful for audio recording/production crew, yall are bad ass!! appreciate the hell outa yall!
Feeling humbled and so grateful for these people. Hanging out together, a lot of remote stuff, making records, and slowly joining/creating a network of seriously bad ass producers, engineers, and artists. Amazing what a cool team can do, and the experience these people bring. Love yall!!! haha
Brian Walis Producer is one bad ass metal dude. Been hanging out on some projects for a couple years now, trading masters, just a good friend and no doubt someone that will be producing top 40 metal tracks in a couple of years. Dont matter where you're recording, if you're looking for a modern metal sound, hes your dude!!
Grable Has a new album dropping soon! gotta scope it out. So damn ambitious, great singer, Shes doing a lot of remote voice lessons and production. Always admire her dedication to the craft and what she can bring to a project. Im becoming convinced there isn't much that she can't do cuz she is a true bad ass. lol
Retro Sound Studio Based out of the uk. Orlando is one awesome engineer and someone with a serious love for a vintage kinda sound, killer photographer and graphics dude as well. Always impressed by this dudes knowledge, and have gotten a lot of inspiration and ideas when it comes to studio flow talking with this dude.
Evan Langford one smart dude, lol. Always down to lend an ear to the projects going on here, and can offer some really valuable insight on about any question or sound that gets thrown his way. One of those "in the name of science" people that just digs deep, both in theories and sound design.
Oren Fisher the man of principle zen. A lot of cool chats about life in general, but also a lot of experience in minimalism and zen audio. Another one of those that's always down to listen to what's going on, and help out how he can with some awesome critiques. Appreciate ya
Steve Hershey such a great guy! One of the music/production teachers that has probably helped spawn 1000's of recordings by now, Helping teach the younger generations as a music/production teacher. so much respect for this guy. One of the most helpful people i know, if someone is having issues, hes the first to offer to throw up a zoom link and get it sorted. Also the founder of Recording Tips which is just a great place to hang and learn about production.
Lorenso Jaramillo Dude is clearly insane. hahah, such a great producer that is knocking out that top 40 kinda sound. i mean, Really, Theres people that are ambitious, then people that go off hiring session musicians, engineers, a full mariachi band, a video crew and a car club for a video? If you're looking for that top notch sound that can fit in on the charts, he's your dude.
last but not least, newer acquaintances, but some people that leave me truly impressed by what they're doing and how they approach it all. Audio zen. Been hanging out on a couple of projects with them this past week. Doing some awesome stuff on the Sonic Strategist Society. Been grateful to hang out with yall @ Breanne and Damian I find a lot of inspiration in what yall be doing. grateful to cross paths.
A few others, but these people are the core of what is going on here. 100's of years of experience, 100's of collective music releases. Watching all the mutual growth, but also growing as a team and racking those credits up. Handling bigger artists and bigger productions. Excited to see this year wrap up, and damn excited at such a huge potential for growth here. Go team, love yall!
