If you are a victim of domestic violence and childhood trauma, please get help. if you know someone is harassing someone, say something, Say it's not right. Verbal harassment is abuse. because it effects a person mental health. You should not have to verbally abuse, harass, anyone especially if it goes on for 365 days ,24 hours 7 days a week. Ask yourself the question "What really is the problem. Especially when the person you are harassing doesn't live in your house and doesn't have anything to do with you. Girls, tell your man that if you have to use a baseball bat on a woman you need to know, you need to know the whole story. truth .

A friend once told me that love is forever, and it is. If you have felt it, you will not compromise it with fakeness. You’ll never have enough of it. I think that love makes you better. It is not fantasy and once you experience it, you will always compare it to the littlest things in your life. I can truly say I have experienced it. I have a saying when you’re in love -it often fades away. Knowing that person will always be there, whether physically, mentally or spiritually, makes you move on. That is why I wrote " Living in Widowhood'. it will be out in September. Until then the Journal is on Amazon now.

What drives anger? Is it a fear hidden deep within? I refuse to carry anyone’s burdens, for they are not mine to bear. Love yourself first, don't play the game of blame. The race to victory means little without self-love paving the way. No longer will I run from the truth within me. It's time to stand tall and face the mirror of honesty. If you can’t accept others, how can you accept yourself. How can you love anybody.

I watched the documentary about Zora Neale Hurston, she was the author of "The Eyes of God Were Watching". a must read. IT talks about African American history, life, and culture; She was an anthropologist and writer.

Last year this time I was making plans to go and learn about my career. And I did, I didn't want to. I enjoyed my classes and learning, and being with positive people who had my best interest at heart. I came back home a better person. I can never go back to who I was. Peace with yourself, brings peace to others. Stay positive.
