Young professionals are vital to our region and it is important to acknowledge those making great strides in shaping our community's future. For over 10 years, the Business Review has recognized our region's young talent through our annual 40 under Forty awards. Nominee must do business in the Capital Region, and must still be under the age of 40, by the event date of May 15th 2014
