Range Control reports Highway 70 to Las Cruses is CURRENTLY blocked...it'll re-open briefly at about 7:50 a.m.…then ANOTHER roadblock will go up at approximately 7:55 a.m., and remain in place for about one hour. Highway 70 should be completely clear by around 8:55 a.m.
