The Owner and Head Coach, Coach Nicole Bann, designed the facility and the Ninja Class curriculum.
After 6+ years of experience as a Ninja Coach, Coach Nicole followed her passion for coaching the sport and decided to design and build her own Ninja Warrior gym! Complete with a ninja class curriculum that is more than just trying obstacle courses, Super Ninja Zone's class program is crafted to educate and help each student hit physical milestones that give them confidence and strength to further themselves in the sport of Ninja Warrior, and in life.

Our program consists of age-appropriate, lessons, starting from the very basics. The basics include the rules and expectations of the class and learning and practicing proper safety precautions and practices. Each week, classes will focus on learning Ninja Warrior verbiage (names of obstacles, names of movements, and names of techniques) and implementing proper techniques and skills on various obstacles. We incorporate stretching and warm-ups into every class. Classes have a blend of exercises, lessons, challenges, and sometimes games each week. Our ninja classes combine fitness, discipline, and fun to make for a truly unique experience.

Coach Nicole's Credentials:

• Certified UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association) Coach
• Certified Youth Fitness Trainer
• Certified Personal Trainer
• Certified First Aid
• Certified CPR
• Certified Health Coach
• 6+ years experience as a Ninja Warrior Coach
• 10+ years experience in the fitness industry
• 15+ years experience in working with kids (she's a mom of a 13 year old boy and 15 year old girl)

For those who served, not knowing they would not return home.

For those who lost their lives, after a battle with themselves, as a result of the sacrifices they made.

For those whose families dread this day, as a reminder of the ones they lost.

For those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Today we remember those who have privileged us all with so many freedoms that we so often take for granted. It’s so easy to complain about the little things, but remember the life you get to live each day freely, because of the loss of so many. Remember the importance of today.
