The biggest lesson I’ve learned this past year is to FEEL THE FEELINGS.

Don’t push through.
Don’t ruminate.
Feel them. Sit in them.

When you don’t allow yourself to feel them, you spend so much time TRYING not to feel them, THINKING about how you are going to feel them, WORKING about it. You delay the inevitable.

Taking care of yourself is such an obvious thing but as women and mothers we are wired to take care of everybody else first. How can we have the energy to care for others if we haven’t done it ourselves?

Mamas who’ve been there, hugs 🫶🏼🤍 what was most helpful for you on your journey of healing?
