Born on Dec. 9, 1915, Eula “Pearl” Carter Scott took to the skies at just 13 years old. Pearl became the youngest pilot in the United States under the guidance of legendary aviator Wiley Post. Her fearless spirit and devotion to her Chickasaw people made her remarkable.

This year, we also celebrate the 15th anniversary of the feature film “Pearl,” the first feature film produced by Chickasaw Nation Productions. Through this film, Pearl’s extraordinary story continues to inspire new generations to follow their heart and dream big.
