As we mourn Jimmy Carter's passing, let's also look at his legacy and ask ourselves how we can positively impact our own sphere of influence.

When was the last time you put yourself first?

It might sound strange to put yourself first, especially when there are so many people who need you. However, in order to best care for grieving families, your staff, and your business, you have to first care for yourself.

We’ve been blessed repeatedly throughout our company’s history. That’s why we make it a non-negotiable to support and bless our community in any way we can.

On Giving Tuesday, we want to share one of our favorite ways of giving back to those in need: our Giving Tree.

"The Giving Tree is a way to remember those you love who have passed away or honor people who are special to you,” said Nadene Smith, Executive Director of Directors Foundation. “Donations help people in need through charities supported by Directors Foundation."

We are grateful to have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community and employees, like Kimberly (pictured), who value helping others.
