The Cinema Society spent the semester providing movie fans on campus a place to find community. Every Friday at 7 p.m. in the Onstead Packer Bible Study Building room 114, the club meets to watch movies together in a community setting, said Emma Boerm, the social media director. The ACU Pickleball Club served up a unique event with their 24-hour Pickleball Tournament. From 3 p.m. on Friday to 3 p.m. on Saturday, participants engaged in matches across various brackets. As the anticipation for Sing Song builds, hosts and hostesses will begin their auditioning journey this week. The process for becoming a host or hostess begins with personal auditions. Each aspiring host or hostess will sing two songs from different genres, encompassing one slower and one more upbeat piece. A small panel of judges will evaluate these performances, assessing candidates’ vocal skills and stage presence.
