What is Abilene Scene? Well, we’ll tell you.

We are Abilenians for Abilenians. We strive to bring relevant content to the people living in our city. We do so by covering local arts as well as stories about people, places and events from Abilene and the surrounding area. We publish Abilene Scene bi-monthly, both online and in print.

Each issue brings you a mix of everything art and all things Abilene! Abilene Scene is filled from front cover to back with articles about what is happening in Abilene, those making it happen, pictorial reviews of events, and local looks at home decor, restaurants, new businesses, recipes and more.

Our Artfully Abilene articles keep readers current on what is happening in the local art scene. In addition to arts event previews, you will also find a calendar of #EventsToBeScene, in print and online, a place where you can find things to do in Abilene (for those moments when you are tempted to use the word “bored”).

Interested? Read all of our Digital Issues here. We also distribute Abilene Scene through traditional mailed subscriptions (get yours here).
