A group of legislators said they shared "grave concern" about the proposed changes, which scale back testing requirements for cannabis extracts. The group said it wants the Oregon Health Authority to keep current rules in place.

SB301, submitted to the Oregon State Senate. Titled; "Provides that conditioning employment on refraining from using any substance that is lawful to use in this state is unlawful employment practice."

This bill may exempt legal substances from drug testing as a condition of employment.

Much better news than HB2200!!

Senate Bill 301 in the Oregon Legislature. Provides that conditioning employment on refraining from using any substance that is lawful to use in this state is unlawful employment practice.
