Our Story

The VCMA, known officially as the Viewer’s Choice Movie Awards, is a set of twenty-three awards for artistic and technical merit in the Ugandan film industry, given annually by the Viewers of the Uganda Movie Industry (VUMI), to recognize excellence in cinematic achievements as assessed by the Viewers voting.
