Often when one gives their life to Christ, they have become completely a changed creation; first in their spiritual life, and secondly this change is reflected in their physical world and tangible life. My experience is that shortly after becoming born-again most people are left in a vacuum, they are left hanging because of change. And life becomes hard for some after that because they have left e
verything they know behind but no new lifestyles is introduced to them to adopt. As a result some end up falling back. This should not be the case. God created this world so that human beings should take dominion over it and enjoy it. More so, the moment we accept Christ, we become children of God. We should enjoy the world even more. Jesus came so that we may have life and have it to the full. Mulokole was inspired by my own experience and the scripture in John 1:12 “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:” The Spirit revealed a lot to me through that verse. If we have the right to be the children of God, then we ought to act like it. Not only in good deeds but also in good cheer. Our Father created this world for us. We should enjoy it and refuse to let the people of the world treat us like lesser humans. Now, it doesn’t matter which church you go to or who your pastor is. Mulokole is a lifestyle magazine for all Christians. John 11:52 “and not only for the nation, but also for the scattered children of God, to gather them together into one.”
We have stayed in our cocoons for far too long yet that is not what God meant for us as His children. Romans 8:19 “The creation waits in eager expectation for the revelation of the sons of God.” It is our time brethren, it is out time. Hosea 1:10 “Yet the number of the sons of Israel Will be like the sand of the sea, Which cannot be measured or numbered; And in the place Where it is said to them, “You are not My people,” It will be said to them, “You are the sons of the living God.””
And one of my favorites scriptures Hosea 4:6 says “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”
Children of God, we have not been called to serve churches or pastors or prophets. We have been called to serve God. It is our hope that through this site we will help break the cocoons and boundaries so that the children of God will be revealed. It is our hope that this site will not only give knowledge but also create communion through the forums, events and fellowship.
