Breaking news:

52% of the United States Of America (USA) is on fire. These are the rewards we are fetching from our arrogance of turning other people into butchers in other parts of world.

When we have scenes like that, then know that a country is slipping into the abyss.

The government should tell us the real crime(s) Besigye has committed that led to his abduction in Nairobi, Tanzania.

The audio circuiting on social media depicting him soliciting guns abroad appear concocted to necessitate such actions.

The stories that are currently being run by the Daily Monitor, a local newspaper about the recently released NUP (National Unity Platform) party supporters after a Presidential pardon leave a lot to be desired.

As human beings, there is a need to be honesty in our actions - you do not need to lie to achieve something against a person with dissent.

Those who recorded the horse - voiced politician should help the country and courageously tell us part of their story - how they did their work.

We all need to ensure the security of the country, and in doing that, we must engage in our daily activities with honestnes.

That is to say that crime shouldn't be condoned.

The government of Uganda recently elevated several Municipalities to city, with some not meeting what is required of a city. I have been to all the newly created cities and can categorically argue that non of them fits that status.

Arua city for instance, in West Nile sub - region where I come from, has the smallest town of these cities. The population itself is small.

You start driving from the late Lt. Col Ondoga Michael Yiga's Anguruma Emporium Memorial building to Hotel Pacific, taking only two minutes and from the Hotel (Pacific) you drive to Terego House, taking only one minute and from here you drive to the Arua Regional Referral Hospital morgue taking another one minute and finally back to Lt. Col Ondoga Michael Yiga's Anguruma Emporium Memorial building taking 27 seconds only - the much - hyped Arua town is complete from here - very small, the size of Yumbe Town Council.

What injures one's feeling the more is that despite being small, the city management has failed to keep it clean. And as you read this, the sweepers have reportedly laid down their tools over non payment.

To add an insult to an injury, the management secured fake streetlights most of which are not functioning.

In a recent tour of the town, the team of Charles Omono Pilot comprising of individuals highly familiar with the corners of the city, it was discovered that some important spots have no single of these streetlights working.

For instance, all the 15 streetlights at the Smash Roundabout off Onduparaka road, where Airtel Clocktower stands are not functioning.

Our repeated calls to the Division Mayor, Swadik Angupale and City Mayor, Asiki Charles were unsuccessful as non responded.

This is therefore to inform those in charge of the city to put the shortfalls to order before we put foot down and incite the residents to stage demonstrations.

When picking PDM (Parish Development Model) cash from the Bank with the intent of investing it in Agriculture, bear in mind you will end up either rotting in prison or losing that piece of land left to you by your ancestors.

A beneficiary of the PDM in Adjumani is counting losses after his garden of tomatoes was washed away recently by torrential rains.

Government should forgive those who lose the money and consider other alternatives; those unable to refund it should pay it back through the ballot in 2026.

Finished!

2026 general elections are not far from near; Ugandan voters are cordially advised to avoid joining their candidates of choice at campaign venues for their own safety.

As a veteran citizen, who has seen almost all the ugly incidents that have rocked our country since 60s, I wish to offer an unsolicited advice to Ugandans, notably the youth, who have become the biggest victims of our crude politics characterized by egocentrism.

Dear Young men and women ours is not politics of democracy but chaos, self - aggrandisement et cetera.

You are therefore advised to stop running after candidates of your choice for your own safety, given the hostility meted out on you by the security that is always seen engaging in partisan politics.

In this picture a young girl who had turned up at Elegu trading centre in Yumbe district to listen to the NUP Presidential candidate in 2020 ended up caught in a chaos that was allegedly started by security officers.

Had she stayed away, she wouldn't be in this situation today.

Stay at home and only come to vote your candidate on the polling day.

After all, you will get nothing at an individual level if your candidate carries the day. You may advance your support to your candidate using the media or criticise that you do not support, but do it fairly without discharging vulgarity as it's argued that criticism based on logic in very healthy in politics.

There are many of you young citizens rotting in prison over misusing the platform. You do not need to vulgarize a politician with no sane reason. You for instance, can't say that Charles Omono Pilot of the Trigonometrical Station at Panyimur - Pakwach is jokijoki (night dancer) without connecting that to reason.

As for me, I cannot take action against you because I am aware you are simply excited by Internet, but many people out there will take you seriously in that they will drag you to court, where you will end up punished.

Political chaos are not only a Ugandan thing; the world is right now on its knees - fighting is everywhere.

What is happening in the Middle East is a perfect example to us that things aren't okay today. We are killing ourselves over avoidable misunderstandings.

KEEP AWAY FROM RALLIES, FOR YOUR LIFE MATTERS A LOT TO US AS A NATION AND SHOULD NOT BE LOST PREMATURELY OVER EARTHLY THINGS.

PRIMEVAL CHAOS ROCKS ARUA PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL

An S.4 candidate of the addressed school left an indelible mark recently when he showed up to write his last UNEB test paper at the school in fashion.

The 17- year old male student amused the invigilators when he presented himself before them in a vintage French-cut of the 1970s with a text carved behind his head reading ASITE.

Puzzled with the behaviour coupled with UNEB's tough rules, the invigilators didn't have an option as they called in the school administrators, who immediately called police.

In no time, a police patrol car arrived at the premises - ASITE was wrestled to the ground and a barber called in.

The student's head was shaved before entering the examination room to write his last test paper.

As all that happened, our eagle-eyed snoop camped at the school gate, waiting for the student.

However, the snoop could not understand the name ASITE and was forced to seek help from the locals.

ASITE is a Lugbara word for battle - hardened. The joyous learner was seen leaving the school compound, chest - thumping.

It's at this juncture that our snoop ably identified him. He was pulled aside and interviewed.

Our snoop was thrown into fits of laughter when the student bragged that he is an Afrocentric Historian nobody could beat at History. Asked whether he would return to the same school for A-level, ASITE said he would not and instead informed the snoop that he would be joining Aringa SSS in Yumbe District. He promises to offer HEG/L at A-level.

Why are you choosing a school that is deep in the village, ASITE responded, arguing that whether rural or urban all the schools have the same syllabus.

He said he admires Aringa SSS because of its good environment and he has a number of relatives and friends who are studying at the school.

ASITE thank you

Here is the richest country in Africa - No, it isn't South Africa or Nigeria.

Do you know that the small islandic nation Seychelles is the richest country in Africa, with a GDP per capita at $16.7 billion according to the World Bank.

This group of 115 islands in western Indian ocean, the Seychelles is a dream destination for many people because of its crystal - clear waters, powdery white sandy beaches, green environment, and driver yet unique biodiversity.

APPEAL IS HEREBY MADE TO THE GOVERNMENT OF UGANDA

Recently, upon receiving an invitation from concerned individuals in Arua City, a team of Charles Omono Pilot was dispatched to the central business district.

With the help of the individuals in question, our team was taken to the Muslim public cemetery located near River Enyau.

The burial land strategically lays in the heart of Arua city, allowing those with no land to inter their beloved ones.

However, the indefatigable team discovered out that the burial site is now full and cannot be used to conduct more burials.

A story of a man who traveled with his sick relative from Oleba in Terego District told to our team nearly moved the members to tears; Nuru lost his brother at Arua Regional Referral Hospital, but lacked money to transport the body home for burial.

A good Samaritan advised him to have the body buried at this public cemetery, which was successfully carried out.

However, there were glitches at the site as the grave diggers kept landing on old bodies.

The grave of our beloved grandmother, Diya seen here almost lays on someone's compound, but thank God, there is no disturbance of her peace.

It's against this background that as a senior member of this platform and a concerned citizen, I wish to express my civic appeal to the government of UGANDA to help and secure a new burial site for the Muslims in Arua City.

Cases like those witnessed in Jinja City, where people jump over fence to access a burial site are very unfortunate and need resetting.

Open letter to Gen. Muhoozi K.

Close Arua Regional Referral Hospital LABORATORY section.

As Charles Omono Pilot we pray that this message gets you in good shape.

In a few words we would like to ask you to come and witness the magnitude of corruption at Arua Regional Referral Hospital, especially laboratory section.
The corruption at the laboratory section is scaring away many people from coming to the facility for treatment. Both the main and OPD (Out Patients Department) laboratories are charging high fee for examination. Only malaria and UTI (Urinary Traction Infection)/urinalysis are examined for free at the Hospital but the rest are charged astronomically.
1-Widal (typhoid)=shs5000
2-Hepatitis B =shs15000
3-pilory (ulcers) = shs15000
4-BAT (Brucellosis) = shs15000
5-CBC(Complete Blood Count) =she50000
6-Sickle cell = shs25000
to mention but a few.
We have this time decided to address the letter to you because we have identified you as the only Ugandan who will fight and defeat CORRUPTION in Uganda. People are dying silently at home because they don't have money to pay the huge fee asked by the laboratory technicians at this Hospital, with administration doing nothing against the corrupt staff, despite the active CCTV cameras installed inside the wards.

The excuse has always been that there are no reagents, but how on earth would government stock the Hospital with medicines for example, Hepatitis B, Typhoid, CBC, Sickle cell etc but fail to put the reagents at the facility?

We pray that the corrupt staff get fired with immediate effect.

Enough is enough!

Thanks
Yours sincerely, Haji Charles Omono Pilot of the Trigonometrical Station at Panyimur - Pakwach

Mafia grabs property in Arua Municipality

As Charles Omono Pilot, we have unearthed nail - biting information in Arua about property grabbing by Mafia that hides behind foreign traders expelled by Idi Amin Dada almost five decades age.

The traders most of whom Indians fondly known as Muyindi were compensated before expulsion from the country.

It's disturbing to see some unscrupulous corrupt citizens in this country still using them to grab properties that were given away to Ugandans by the Amin government.

Standing on Transport road, Muzei Irima redeveloped this building and occupied it for nearly forty years but recently, Mafia used the children of the Indian expelled traders to hijack it from him probably because of its strategic stand in the heart of this town.

Irima was sued by the children of the Indian expelled traders, colluding with the much dreaded Mafia and lost the case.

What's so intriguing is that court reportedly hit him hard with a fine of shs300m, which he was unable to pay.

This, he was left with no option as he fled into exile.

If the current government of Uganda does not move to protect the citizens from this kind of robbery, all the properties for which Indians were compensated will be grabbed by this syndicate.

Moreover, Mafia is said to be plotting to grab two more buildings near this one but the owners have reportedly declared jihad.

We have further learnt that a one Januzaj Muhummudi, an Indian businessman operating a hardware on this same transport road is disguised as having bought the building from these children and construction of a new multi billion house will commence after grabbing the two buildings whose owners have refused to sell them to him.
For more information about this matter, please follow our page Charles Omono Pilot. We are back from recess.

Whoever invented internet has put our lives to danger. Happy are the poor who do not have smartphone. Today I wish to announce to the whole world that I am quitting the platform forever, I will be using the expensive gadget I acquired recently for watching only YouTube and TikTok videos and nothing more than that as deadly gunmen have returned with their weapons of mass destruction to hunt down people over unknown reasons. Someone I have never known in my life, a one Isma Olaxes is no more after unknown assailants reportedly put him out of action at his gate. Below is his grave. This is my last but not the least post on social media. I cannot lower myself to the level of those who are 24/7 using the platform for posting nonsensical material in order to avoid such ugly incidents. I will stay quiet!!!
