The Maracha District LC5 Chairperson Hon Obitre Stephen who spoke on Tuesday 9-October-2024 with frustration at Atrakatraka Primary School playground in Obiba Sub-county during the 62nd Independence Day Celebration of Uganda, has lashed out at people from Maracha District whom he said, often use Social Media to criticize leaders.
