Салат "Белый лебедь"

Ингредиенты:

- 200 г куриного мяса
- 2 картофелины
- головка лук
- огурец соленый
- 3 яйца
- 400 г майонез
- соль - по вкусу

Приготовление:

1. Картофель отварить “в мундире”, остудить, очистить, нарезать маленькими кубиками. Посолить.
2. Лук мелко нарезать.
3. Огурец нарезать кубиками.
4. Мясо птицы отварить, остудить, мелко нарезать.
5. Яйца отварить, остудить, очистить и мелко нарезать.
6. В салатник выложить слоями: картофель, курицу, лук, огурец, яйца. Каждый слой смазать майонезом.
7. Верх салата посыпать тертым белком и украсить зеленью.
