Every year we celebrate creativity by holding the most creative and free for all contest in our Studios – the festival of games and ideas. Each year people from all Departments gather in teams, brainstorm, and create awesome indie projects.

Besides the unique collectible t-shirts, valuable gifts, and exclusive trophies, our teams received priceless experience and a ton of feedback, which is a big part of the final evaluation process.

We want to say congrats to all our outstanding winners – you rock! Despite the current Ukrainian circumstances of war, our teams are united as one, glad to share their experience and create worlds!

Дмитро Михайлик, Lead 3D Artist у Ubisoft Ukraine завітав у гості до GameDev DOU.

Він поділився своїм шляхом у геймдеві, показав роботи різних періодів, а також поділився власними креативними лайфхаками та нюансами поєднання ролі ліда й цифрового художника.

He shared his path in game development, showed work from different periods, and shared his own creative lifehacks and the nuances of combining the lead and digital artist roles.

Dmytro also held a small workshop and analyzed 10 typical errors in texturing that he often encounters in the works of 3D artists.

Our free educational app "Скажені Кролики Навчають Програмувати" is now available in Ukrainian as part of the corporate social responsibility of Ubisoft in Ukraine. This application is made to help children and teenagers learn the basics of algorithms and programming in a playful way, passing the relevant quests.

🏆 In 2022, we celebrate the anniversary of the Assassins Creed. 15 years ago, we created a game that has had an incredible impact on the genre. Together with you, we plunged into alternative history and lived through the drama of the confrontation between the Assassins and the Templars.

💙💛 Ubisoft Ukraine was at the very beginning of the franchise. We started our work on the games in AC the series in 2010. Since then, we have been making a significant contribution to the development of the brand. В 2003 році два хлопці вирішили у якості жарта відростити вуса та привернути цим увагу до проблем чоловічого здоров'я. Вони змогли підбити на цю авантюру 30 друзів. Через майже 20 років це вже всесвітня подія, що кожен листопад об'єднує чоловіків по всьому світу!

Головна мета челенджу - не голитися цілий місяць. Тим часом гроші, що були таким чином зекономлені - перераховуються на благодійність.
Цього року ми знов підтримали наших друзів - БФ Таблеточки 💪

Ми вдячні кожному, хто долучився до нашої акції та зробив свій внесок у здорове майбутнє дітей ❤️

In 2003, two mates decided to grow mustaches as a joke and draw attention to men's health problems. They managed to get 30 friends to go on this adventure. After almost 20 years, it is already a worldwide event that unites men worldwide every November!

The main goal of the challenge is not to shave for a whole month. Meanwhile, the money saved in this way is transferred to charity.
This year we again supported our friends - Charity Fund Tabletochki 💪
