ion in the decision-making process, or are there some cultural norms that hinder society to reflect some social, political and economical issues? Well, the Tanzanian general election of 2015 revealed that it's time to break the silence and talk about our own development in all levels. A tide of Tanzanian's excitement for CHANGE in 2015 should be maintained to bring about a wave of real positive and sustainable Development for the sake of the whole society.
