GOOD NEWS: President Magufuli has said government will reinforce the development of sports, Culture and Entertainment in the next five years.

He said Sports , Culture and Entertainment has done tremendous job in promoting the country’s image abroad while entertaining. .

The president also said the sector has contributed the country economy in the past years whereby in 2018, the sector increased for 13.7 percent while last year the sector become the third with 11.2 percent respectively .

Apple Music, previously available in only 13 African countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa, will now be accessible in 17 additional African countries including Tanzania 🇹🇿 .

As Apple increasingly pursues digital revenues globally, an expansion across Africa is a nod to changing digital media consumption habits on the continent. Despite the limitations of internet access and costs, there’s growing evidence that more users across the continent are embracing digital services.

For African music stars, the availability of more music streaming services locally is a boon for their revenue models.
