17 SEASONS A BELIEVER GOES THROUGH
1. THE SEASON OF EXCITEMENT
Heightened emotions accompany your spiritual walk. You cry during worship. You attend as many Christian events as possible. You are a new believer
2. THE SEASON OF SEPARATION
You lose your worldly friends. You are in transition from the world into the Kingdom of God. Some people don't understand you
3. THE SEASON OF PERSECUTION
People ridicule you for your faith. They challenge your belief and mock you
4. THE SEASON OF DOUBTING
Things don't go your way. You doubt if God exists. You think God has forgotten you. You get angry with God and threaten to quit salvation because you thought salvation will make life easier
5. THE SEASON OF PRUNING
You go through painful experiences to test your faith
6. THE SEASON OF BACK TO BACK TRIBULATIONS
You go through trials after trials to mould your character, to check your motives and to exercise your faith
7. THE SEASON OF REJECTION
The people you trusted let you down and disappoint you. People abandon you including believers. This season is to teach you to put your full dependance on God who cannot fail you
8. THE SEASON OF CELEBRATION
Great things happen to you. People notice you and honour you. People applaud you. This is the season most Christians become full of pride and belittle those of little faith
9. THE SEASON OF TEMPTATION
Now that you are comfortable, temptations will come to shake you up
10. THE SEASON OF FALLING
You fall, you let down your guard. Perhaps largely because you are so used to playing the image of Christian to people
11. THE SEASON OF GRACE
You are reminded that it was grace that saved you. You see God's love afresh. You are reminded of what it means to be saved
12. THE SEASON OF THORN IN THE FLESH
You have a private struggle as a believer that no one or few know of. This thorn in the flesh is to humble you and remind you that you just like everyone else needs grace
13. THE SEASON OF MORE UNDERSTANDING AND LESS JUDGING
You get to interact with people who have gone through issues. You don't react, you love on them
14. THE SEASON OF BREAKTHROUGH
Doors open one after another, you are catapulted to greatness. All your tears, years of sowing comes to fruition. God does exceedingly abundantly above all that you can ask, think or imagine
15. THE SEASON OF DRYNESS
With breakthrough comes comfort. You easily become lax. Your walk with God becomes a routine
16. THE SEASON OF REVIVAL
God brings times of refreshing in your life. Your prayer life improves. You revive back your first love
17. THE SEASON OF PEAK OF ANNOINTING
You become valuable and influential in the Kingdom of God. You bless multiple lives with your growth
