『臺灣繽紛數位多媒體』於2010年9月正式成立，公司團隊早期於2006年經營【台灣美食網路電視台】，積極推動網路新世紀的資訊服務，鎖定開發IPTV系統平台與技術，對於網路電視(IPTV)相當的經驗。臺灣繽紛數位多媒體秉持著『提升對於客戶需求、資訊技術研發創新、提升網路電視市場產值』的經營理念。
數位網路時代來臨，電視台漸漸轉型數位化，也造就網路電視(IPTV)黑馬躍起，目前網路電視台俗稱的『ip電視』。臺灣繽紛數位多媒體旗下網路電視台可分為《ip電視》與《台灣美食網路電視台》兩大網路電視品牌，並以最新FLV串流影音技術透過寬頻網路傳遞影像格式呈現播映，符合創新網路電視台規範技術。
