【 海景直送，到歐洲賞台灣的海 】

摩西可以分開紅海，台灣可以把海景直送歐洲。
今年是「2025年歐洲台灣文化年」，以「海洋台灣：風景與繪畫」為題，外交部邀請曾任巴黎台灣文化中心主任的廖仁義、聞名國際的設計大師林磐聳，及藝術史學者劉碧旭共同策展。利用台灣駐歐洲23館處的公共空間，展出趙國宗、柯鴻圖、李振明、林章湖、莊連東、林磐聳等六位藝術家畫下的東北角風景，把台灣的海景、濤聲，「直送」歐洲。

🌊 Sea views delivered straight to Europe

As part of Taiwan Culture in Europe 2025, the exhibition “Ocean Taiwan: Landscapes and Paintings” brings Taiwan’s coastline to Europe. Curated by Liao Jen-I, designer Apex Pang-Soong Lin, and art historian Liu Pi-hsu, it uses the public spaces of 23 Taiwanese missions across Europe to showcase seascapes of Taiwan’s Northeast Coast.
Paintings by Chao Kuo-tsung, Ko Hung-tu, Lee Chen-ming, Lin Chang-hu, Chuang Lien-tung, and Apex Lin carry Taiwan’s sea views and rolling waves “straight from the source” to European audiences.

【 🎬 人都有天命嗎？】

在成為「李安」之前，他早發現自己「不是做 PD 的料」 🎥 金馬 62 剛落幕，奧斯卡最佳導演 #李安 再度在這重要日子回到台灣。他以頒獎人身分現身，而在《 #斷背山》映後座談上，竟有觀眾大膽向李安導演邀請——「可以做我的監製嗎？」現場一度譁然，也讓人再次勾起他戲劇般的起點。

​許多人不知道，1983 年，年輕的李安曾向新聞局申請輔導金拍攝《少女小漁》。陰錯陽差下，他成了該片的電影製片（PD），也因此更確定了一件事——「我不是幹PD的料。我的腦子是導演的腦子。」

他說，導演像孩子、製片像大人；有人能兩者兼做，但他就是不行。於是，李安做了一個改變命運的決定：不再勉強自己走不適合的路，轉向拍攝《 #理性與感性》，從此開始書寫國際影壇傳奇。

🎬 What was Ang Lee really meant to do?

Long before the Oscars, Ang Lee had already made one clear discovery:
“I’m not producer material. My brain is wired like a director’s.”
​
A funding application in 1983 accidentally pushed him into producing Siao Yu. The experience convinced him to walk away from a role that didn’t fit and follow his true calling—directing films like Sense and Sensibility, and reshaping world cinema.
​
As he told in 2013:
“Frustration and failure can hone your character, but you don’t want too much. If you experience too much failure, it can become habitual and create a kind of [negative] momentum. Changing your fate comes down to the decisions you make at critical moments.”

【走進陳澄波眼中的台灣】

#陳澄波（1895–1947）是台灣近代美術史上重量級畫家。
1926 年，水瓶座的他以《嘉義街外》成為首位入選日本帝展的台灣畫家。
​
🎨 為什麼《 #玉山積雪》這麼重要？
這是陳澄波生前最後一件作品。它不只是風景畫，它是一幅呈現出台灣的垂直自然帶與氣候多樣性的畫作。
前景：熱帶香蕉樹
描繪出台灣海拔低處的溫暖氣候，是典型熱帶植被。
遠景：玉山雪景
玉山海拔3,952 公尺，年平均溫5.9度C，屬溫帶與寒帶氣候，冬末可見積雪。
​
🌏人與自然之間
台灣位處北回歸線，島嶼上同時擁有熱帶、亞熱帶二種氣候。《玉山積雪》正好呈現從「低海拔到高海拔」的視角。
​
🖼️ 詮釋出台灣土地的生命力
陳澄波的筆觸厚實、色彩溫暖，融合了印象派的光影語言，並保留台灣風景的真實。

台灣石滬，世界之「最」

澎湖石滬群數量多達609座，滬堤長度綿延超過133公里，宛如海上長城；尤其是吉貝嶼石滬現存101座，密度是世界第一。
​
不只數量，在澎湖、桃園新屋等地，這些超過300年的石滬群，就形式的豐富度與文獻資料的完整性，堪稱「漁業文明的活化石」。
​
年輕人投入石滬文化保存的工作，連政府機關也協助導入遊程，台灣石滬的文化保存與傳承，也可以說是世界之最。
​
澎湖七美的雙心石滬與密度高的吉貝石滬群，由澎湖縣政府依文化資產保存法，公告為「文化景觀」。

Taiwan’s Stone Fish Weirs: World-Class Coastal Heritage
​
Penghu is home to 609 stone fish weirs stretching over 133 km, like a Great Wall at sea. Jibei Island alone preserves 101 weirs—the highest density in the world.
​
In Penghu and Taoyuan’s Xinwu coast, many of these weirs have stood for over 300 years. Their rich forms, techniques, and historical records make them true “living fossils” of fishing culture. Today, young locals and public agencies are working together through eco-tours, interpretation, and restoration to keep this heritage alive.
​
Penghu’s Twin-Heart Fish Weir at Qimei and the dense Jibei weir cluster have been officially listed as cultural landscapes, highlighting Taiwan’s leading role in preserving this unique maritime tradition.

【你知道日治時期的藝術青年是怎麼成為大師？】

🎨 #倪蔣懷（1894-1943）—— #台灣第一位水彩畫家，獅子座，不只是一位藝術家，也是礦業實業家與台灣美術的重要推手。
​
早在1930年代，他夢想為台灣打造一座「美術館」—— #寶峯美術館，為台灣美術勾勒出最早的藍圖。他可是一名時間控，沒有因為工作忘卻自己的志業，早上去基隆的礦場，下午便去寫生，繼續創作，他也經常參與台北的藝文活動，連結同時代的藝術家，一步一腳印推動台灣美術的未來。
​
🌟 今天，讓我們走進台灣早期水彩畫的先驅——倪蔣懷的時空膠囊！
​
在那個資源匱乏的年代，倪蔣懷點亮了台灣的藝術火光，那份渴望透過美術館來普及美育、建立文化自信的前瞻精神，至今仍感動人心。

👉 他的經典作品《淡水教堂》，收錄在2026《繪見台灣》中，與其他11位台灣藝術家共同繪出這座島嶼的生命之歌。

in Paint — Ni Chiang-huai
​
Ni Chiang-huai (1894–1943) was a pioneer of watercolor in Taiwan—an artist, mining entrepreneur, and key patron of the island’s early art movement. As early as the 1930s, he envisioned Po-feng Art Museum as a dedicated space for Taiwanese art, sketching one of the earliest blueprints for an art museum in Taiwan.
​
Balancing business and art with precision, he spent his mornings at the mines in Keelung and his afternoons painting from life, while actively engaging with the cultural circles in Taipei. In a time of limited resources, Ni helped ignite a vision of art education, public museums, and cultural confidence that still inspires today.
​
His classic work Tamsui Church is featured in the 2026 “Taiwan in Paint” appointment diary, alongside eleven other artists who capture the living spirit of this island.

​ 左手行醫、右手寫作的「 #台灣骨髓移植教父」

醫師作家陳耀昌，17日病逝，享壽76歲。他用醫術挽救無數生命，也以文字為台灣留下深刻的文本記憶。
​
他從歷史出發，與世界對話。
陳耀昌以開拓者之姿，不管是在醫療或文學上，都能看見他對這片土地的愛。以多族群視角書寫台灣，讓島嶼的歷史與傷痕能被理解。

2016 年出版的《 #傀儡花》，以羅妹號事件與「南岬之盟」為背景，描繪排灣族斯卡羅酋邦、清帝國與美國之間的衝突與協商，不僅獲得「台灣文學獎」長篇小說金典獎，也是後來史詩影集《斯卡羅》的原著。
​

Dr. Chen Yao-chang, one of Taiwan’s first bone marrow transplant doctors and a pioneer in stem cell medicine—a man who healed with his left hand and wrote with his right.

He passed away at 76, having saved countless lives in hematology and stem-cell therapy while leaving a powerful literary legacy. His 2016 novel Puppet Flower, which received the Taiwan Literature Golden Award, became the original work for the series
Seqalu: Formosa 1867.
