【 🇫🇮蟬聯第八年世界最快樂國家，芬蘭人幸福的秘密是什麼？】

💙🎸重金屬、森林、桑拿——聽起來毫無關聯？
但對芬蘭人來說，每一項都能讓靈魂自由呼吸。芬蘭擁有超過 18.8 萬座湖泊，是真正的「千湖之國」。熱愛大自然不只是興趣，是刻在 DNA 裡的基因。

今年九月下旬，梵蒂岡吹起了一股來自太平洋的風。外交部今年推動「 #歐洲台灣文化年」，邀請擅長吉祥畫的天主教徒——謝省民，在駐教廷大使館展出「Gloria 光榮頌：謝省民宗教藝術暨HOPE台灣藝術展」。

In the Catholic Jubilee Year 2025, a warm breeze from the Pacific has reached the holy city. As part of “Taiwan Culture in Europe 2025,” Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has invited Catholic artist Hsieh Sheng-Min, known for his auspicious prints, to present “Gloria: Hsieh Sheng-Min Religious and HOPE Taiwan Art Exhibition” at the Embassy of Taiwan to the Holy See.

His works weave scenes of everyday life and Taiwan’s diverse cultures into religious imagery, sending a heartfelt blessing from Taiwan to the Vatican.

【12月1日世界愛滋日🤝💕】

今天是WHO設立的世界愛滋日，台灣許多團體致力傳遞國際共識U=U（Undetectable=Untransmittable）「測不到病毒量即不具傳染力」，盼大眾以知識跨越恐懼，一起無懼愛滋、去除歧視。

🚀好消息！福八終於順利升空！
齊柏林衛星，不再只是一個名字，從此天空有了一道台灣之光。

#齊柏林衛星發射後更新1
【火箭順利升空　齊柏林衛星預計凌晨 5:04 入軌】
​
福衛八號任務首枚衛星「齊柏林衛星」(FS-8A) 搭乘 SpaceX 公司獵鷹九號火箭 Transporter-15 航班，在台灣時間今天(11/29)凌晨 2:44 升空。齊柏林衛星預計凌晨 5:04 進入 561 公里高度的太陽同步軌道，開始任務旅程！
​
火箭升空 8 分鐘後，第一節火箭回收（這是該節推進器第 30 次飛行！），第二節火箭進入停泊軌道熄火滑行，並於 3:38 起在 510 公里高度的軌道陸續釋放五顆台灣的立方衛星與其他共乘的衛星；火箭預計 4:29 後點火前往 561 公里軌道，齊柏林衛星則預計於發射 140 分鐘後（→約台灣時間凌晨5:04）進入任務軌道。
​
福衛八號是台灣首個自製衛星星系，任務將由 8 顆衛星組成，依序研製、今年起逐年升空。其影像原始解析度可達一米以下，比運行中的福衛五號更清晰，以星系方式運作也可更頻繁取像。而「齊柏林衛星」(FS-8A)是福八任務首枚衛星，打頭陣上太空！

看見·齊柏林基金會 董事齊廷洹先生也錄製影片，共同關注衛星發射情形。他表示，隨著衛星升空，齊柏林不再只是一個人的名字，而是代表台灣的精神，用「看見」的力量去創造與改變，用更高的解析度，讓台灣人看見家園🏡

回顧發射時程，福八計畫主持人劉小菁分享，因為發射行程衝突、美國政府關門導致 FAA 禁令、火箭整備進度不如預期等，共經歷數次發射日期更動，但她仍堅信 FS-8A 一定會發射成功🚀

今年是「2025年歐洲台灣文化年」，以「海洋台灣：風景與繪畫」為題，外交部邀請曾任巴黎台灣文化中心主任的廖仁義、聞名國際的設計大師林磐聳，及藝術史學者劉碧旭共同策展。利用台灣駐歐洲23館處的公共空間，展出趙國宗、柯鴻圖、李振明、林章湖、莊連東、林磐聳等六位藝術家畫下的東北角風景，把台灣的海景、濤聲，「直送」歐洲。

🌊 Sea views delivered straight to Europe

As part of Taiwan Culture in Europe 2025, the exhibition “Ocean Taiwan: Landscapes and Paintings” brings Taiwan’s coastline to Europe. Curated by Liao Jen-I, designer Apex Pang-Soong Lin, and art historian Liu Pi-hsu, it uses the public spaces of 23 Taiwanese missions across Europe to showcase seascapes of Taiwan’s Northeast Coast.
Paintings by Chao Kuo-tsung, Ko Hung-tu, Lee Chen-ming, Lin Chang-hu, Chuang Lien-tung, and Apex Lin carry Taiwan’s sea views and rolling waves “straight from the source” to European audiences.
